[beasiswa] [INFO] Reminder: IT Policy Scholarship Program @ Seoul National University

Terlampir adalah reminder informasi beasiswa untuk IT Policy Program
dari Seoul National University, Korea, untuk intake tahun 2008.

Seperti yang bisa dibaca dari email yang diforwardkan oleh Sdr Budhi
Setyawan di bawah, deadline aplikasi adalah tanggal 31 Agustus 2007,
tetapi bisa dengan terlebih dahulu mengirimkan lembaran aplikasi yang
sudah diisi lengkap via fax (nomer fax bisa dilihat di bagian CONTACT
detail). Dokumen2 pendukung bisa disusulkan hingga tanggal 19 September.

Beasiswa yang ditawarkan meliputi:
1. One-way Airfare to Korea
2. Tuition Fee
3. Monthly living expenses
4. Resettlement funds
5. Tuition fee for language program courses

Persyaratan dokumen yang dibutuhkan:
1. One Completed Application Form (Form1)
2. A Study Plan (A4 size paper, 1~2 pages, in English)
3. A Personal Statement (A4 size paper, 1~2 pages, in English)
4. Two letters of Recommendation from your supervisor or your boss
(Form 2)
(Recommendations must be sealed in an official envelope and signed on
the back by the recommenders.)
5. Master's Program:
-Official transcripts of academic records for Undergraduate Studies
-Certificate of the Bachelor's degree and Graduation certificate of
Undergraduate School
Ph. D. Program:
-Official transcripts of academic records for Undergraduate and
Graduate Studies
-Certificate of the Bachelor's degree and Master's degree
-Graduation certificate of Under- graduate and Graduate School
6. Proof of Employments (indicate a title and an employment period)
7. A copy of the applicant's passport (or other official documents
indicating your nationality)
8. Copies of both parents' passport (or other official documents
indicating parents' nationality)
9. Financial Certificate (Form 3)
10. Three passport size photos
11. Optional documents: English Proficiency Test Certificates such as
TOEFL, TOEIC, TEPS, etc.

ITPP 2008

Dear Budhi,

I¡¯m sorry to be late for giving information about this year¡¯s
application for admission to SNU ITPP.

I attached 2 files to this mail.

One is the application form and another one is a brochure of SNU ITPP.

I believe that you know about these documentations well because you
enrolled this course in the same process.

Please introduce SNU ITPP and teach how they can apply for this program

to someone who are qualified for SNU ITPP application.

As you know, we have accepted applicants through Korea embassy,

but I think we can make the application process easier through ITPP
students.

This is because they understand SNU & ITPP fully and can guide the way
of application.

Due date of application is August 31 and I know it¡¯s quite urgent.

If you have someone who wants to apply for ITPP, please let me know ASAP.

If your colleague makes his mind to apply, he can submit only
application form first by fax,

and then other required documents can be sent to us by September 19 by
air.
