The selected candidate will join the Neuroscience/Neuroimmunology group at
the School for Mental Health and Neuroscience in the University of
Maastricht. This position involves the analysis of the role of inflammation
in diseases of the nervous system.
Requirements

Required education/skills:University Graduate
We search for a qualified, motivated PhD student with a master/diploma
degree in biology, biochemistry or a related life science. The applicant
should be familiar with standard molecular biology and cell biology
techniques, have good communication and writing English skills.

Conditions of employment

Employment basis: Temporary for specified period
Duration of the contract: 4 years
Maximum hours per week: 38
Additional conditions of employment:
Your salary will be € 1956,- gross per month in the 1st year up to € 2502,-
gross per month in the 4th year according to the PhD-student salary. Each
year an evaluation takes place
