JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
To perform corporate financial advisory services, such
as:
mergers and acquisitions
corporate restructuring
debt restructuring
project finance
asset management
fund raising
private equity, etc
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree from university majoring in finance or
accounting or MBA
Corporate finance (FAS/TAS) experience in one of the
big four consulting firms highly desired.
Minimum 1 years of experience and exposure in the
above corporate finance advisory service areas,
specially in financial projection and valuation
Effectively bilingual in bahasa Indonesia and English
Self-motivated and hard working
Attractive remuneration (including generous bonus)
with promising career development is waiting for the
right candidate. Successful Candidate will be
appointed either as Manager or Assistant Manager
depending on his/her experience & qualifications which
will be assessed during the selection process.
