subj: tanya soal ADS bagi pekerja NGO rekanan AusAID

halo all,
mo nanya aja. saya lulusan S1 di bdg IT dan saat ini sdg bekerja di
salah satu NGO rekanan AusAID. saya sdh lama berencana u/ mengambil
S2. tp AusAID mkn sulit krn requirementnya yg lumayan susah yaitu dari
dua hal:
1. kategori sektor awardee-nya :(2/3 dari sektor Public (Government)
dan 1/3 dari open(umum)) dan,
2. topik2-nya (Economic Management,Democratic Institutions and Practice,
Basic Social Services, Security and Stability)

tapi saya baru notice ttg sektor "Targeted". saya quote:
"Targeted applicants are employees of
agencies associated with AusAID activities including
government organisations, BUMNs, NGOs, CSOs and key
state and private educational institutions which service the
training needs of these organisations.Their nomination must
be facilitated through the Project Leader or the relevant
representative of an AusAID activity."

pertanyaan saya:
1. saya tdk bekerja lsg di field dimana proyek NGO saya berlangsung,
tp bekerja di kantor pusatnya. apa kah saya bs masuk kategori
"Targeted" ini?
2. lalu, apa saya harus meminta/memohon semacam surat ato approval
dari kantor saya mengenai hal ini? klo iya, apa yg perlu di mohon kpd
employer saya?
3. how is the chance in "targeted" category applicant?

maaf klo ada pertanyaan yg krg tepat bahasanya :)

nb: bila ada pekerja rekanan-AusAID yg sdh pernah dpt ADS, boleh jg
share disini pengalaman anda. it wud be really helpful for me. thx
