memberikan diri pada antusiasme
melakukan kebaikan dan memperoleh kekuatan
suatu pembaharuan diri

berhenti menghakimi diri sendiri
berhenti berfokus pada kesalahan dan kekurangan
memberikan diri suatu penghargaan
belajar mencintai diri sendiri

sedikit lembut pada diri sendiri
sebuah kapasitas untuk keindahan dan rasa syukur
suatu perasaan kehidupan dan sukacita
